What is your returns policy?
Holiday 2024 Extended Return Policy:
Orders placed 11/15 through 12/25/24 are eligible for exchange or refund through 1/14/2025. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Full-price items are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Exchanges are available on Domestic orders only. Returns will not be accepted for orders outside of our 14 day return policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Swimsuits returned missing hygiene liners will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in pristine condition. Refund requests will be processed to the original form of payment. You also have the option to choose store credit during the returns process.
To initiate a domestic return, please use our Domestic Returns Portal.
To initiate an international return, please use our International Returns Portal.
For domestic orders, your return will be processed in 2-3 weeks from the time your return arrives at our facilities and a restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
For international orders, your return will be processed in 4-6 weeks from the time your return arrives at our facilities and a restocking fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
FINAL SALE: Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
How do I return/exchange my order?
To initiate a domestic return, use our Domestic Returns Portal.
To initiate an international return, use our International Returns Portal.

Is there a cost to return my order?
For all Domestic orders, a restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
For all international orders, a return fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Will I be charged for an exchange?
Exchanges are free. Instant exchanges require payment details to ensure items are returned within 14 days of returnrequest. A hold will be placed on the card. Once the return is in transit, the hold will be released. You will only be charged if returned items are not in transit within the 14 day period.
If you are exchanging for an item of greater value, you will be charged the difference.
Can I return/exchange a damaged item?

How do I return/exchange an item that is a gift?
Gift items may be returned for an exchange/store credit

Can I return a pre-ordered item that has arrived late?
Yes! Returns will be extended based on the date item shipped.
Can I apply my discount to my exchange?
Discounts will be applied automatically to exchange items/order.
Can I exchange an item that costs more/less?
Yes! If there’s a price difference greater, your credit card will be charged for the difference. For lesser priced items, you will receive a refund for the balance.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Yes.
